Design in every space
Representatives of the furniture and design industries can enjoy the powerful synergy of Salone events - the International Furniture Accessories Exhibition, S. Project, Workplace 3.0 and this year EuroCucina, with its accompanying event FTK (Technology For the Kitchen), as well as It impressed the visitors with its International Bathroom Exhibition.
If the Salone seems to be getting bigger and more diverse every year, it is not just a game of imagination. This year saw 17.1% more visitors than in 2023, with a total of 361,417 attendees - an impressive 100,000 more than in 2022. In addition, 65.8% of professional visitors came from abroad, which is also impressive. We were among them and absorbed the colors of the forms, the lights of colors, the shapes of lights. :)
The history and mission of the Salone del Mobile
Salone del Mobile started in 1961 as an event showcasing the high quality, fascination and expressiveness of the Italian furniture industry, but over the years it has become increasingly global, open and inclusive of the entire furniture production chain.
Every year, the Salone del Mobile also serves as a kind of experiment and innovation laboratory, where prototypes and novelties for all living spaces are presented. Bedroom, living room, dining room, corridor, bathroom and outdoor spaces, all with their own furniture - wardrobes, sofas, tables, chairs, shelves, faucets, sanitary ware, etc. they tell us how our lifestyle, our furniture and, accordingly, our living environment are changing.

The 2024 Salone del Mobile comprehensively presented the latest trends and innovations in living room, bathroom and kitchen furniture.

Wood dominance and sustainability
Wood as a material is given a prominent role Design research focuses on the evaluation of different types of wood and craft techniques, highlighting the material properties of wood and combining it with ceramics, marble and leather. The origin of the raw materials is certified, ecologically sustainable solutions are preferred.

COLORS
